We accept return requests within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer ordering errors. However, damaged or incorrect custom items are still eligible for review.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing an accurate shipping address.

For approved returns caused by customer preference or sizing, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter production or are shipped.
